Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC, Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC, Maven
Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC, and Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC (the
"Companies")

Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies today announce that they have published a second
supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the
offers for subscription issued by the Companies, details of which were set out
in their prospectus (comprising a securities note, registration document and
summary) issued on 7 October 2022.

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement
under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of The Financial
Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication by Maven Income and
Growth VCT 4 PLC on 12 April 2023 of its Annual Report and Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.

 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct
Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism, which is located at:

Supplementary Prospectus are available free of charge from the office of the
