Unaudited Net Asset Value

 

The Directors confirm:

 

·           Unaudited net asset value (NAV)(1) of 55.09p per
Ordinary Share as at 31 December 2025, compared to 54.37p per Ordinary Share
as at 30 September 2025; and

 

·           NAV total return(2) of 154.44p per Ordinary Share as at
31 December 2025, compared to 153.72p per Ordinary Shares as at 30 September
2025.

 

Notes:

(1)The NAV as at 31 December 2025 is unaudited and reflects the closing bid
price of quoted securities as at that date. The NAV incorporates the
Directors' valuation of unlisted investments as at 31 December 2025.

(2)NAV total return is the sum of NAV per Ordinary Share and dividends paid
per Ordinary Share since launch.
