Unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) - Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS)

 

The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) announced on 11
July 2025 that the unaudited NAV per share of the Company as at 31 May 2025
was 39.22p. The Board announced on 25 April 2025 that a final dividend of
1.25p per share, in respect of the year ended 28 February 2025, would be paid
on 18 July 2025 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 20
June 2025. Furthermore, for Shareholders who had, by no later than 4 July
2025, elected to participate in the DIS, the Company will use the amount paid
in respect of the above final dividend to subscribe for new ordinary shares of
10p each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) to be issued at a price equivalent
to the latest announced NAV per share.

 

The Board confirms that, following the payment of the above final dividend,
the effective NAV per share of the Company will be 37.97p and that this will
be the price used in the calculation of the number of Ordinary Shares to be
allotted under the DIS in relation to the final dividend, the issue of which
will be confirmed in a separate announcement in due course.
