Unaudited Net Asset Value

 

Maven Renovar VCT PLC (the Company) announces that the unaudited net asset
value per Ordinary Share as at 9 April 2026, after taking account of amounts
receivable or chargeable to the Company's income account, was 56.50p, which is
equivalent to 53.00p excluding the combined 3.50p value of the special
dividend to be paid on 8 May 2026.
