Directors of the Company at its meeting held on  
October 20, 2014, has approved the following: 
 
1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Naveen Jain,  
Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the

2. Appointed Ms. Payal Chowdhary, as Company Secretary  
and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October  
20, 2014 in terms of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47
