MaxCyte announces filing of Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31,
2024

 

ROCKVILLE, MD, May 8, 2024 - MaxCyte, Inc., (NASDAQ: MXCT; LSE: MXCT), a
leading, cell-engineering focused company providing enabling platform
technologies to advance the discovery, development and commercialization of
next-generation cell-based therapeutics and innovative bioprocessing
applications, announced that it has filed a Form 10-Q with the SEC for the
quarterly period ended March 31, 2024. The Company has also filed a Form 8-K
with the SEC related to updates to the information contained in their
