Rockville, Maryland - May 3, 2024: MaxCyte Inc., (NASDAQ: MXCT; LSE: MXCT), a
leading, cell-engineering focused company providing enabling platform
technologies to advance the discovery, development, and commercialization of
next-generation cell therapeutics and innovative bioprocessing applications,
announces that formal notice and resolutions of the Company's Annual General
Meeting (AGM), have been circulated to Stockholders.

 

The AGM will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time at
9713 Key West Avenue, Suite 400, Rockville, Maryland 20850.
