ROCKVILLE, Maryland - 1 March 2024: MaxCyte Inc., (NASDAQ: MXCT;
LSE: MXCT), a leading, cell-engineering focused company providing enabling
platform technologies to advance the discovery, development and
commercialization of next-generation cell therapeutics and innovative
bioprocessing applications, announces that pursuant to its block admission
facility, since 31 January 2024 it has issued 86,519 of common stock, $0.01
par, of the Company ("Common Stock") in satisfaction of the exercise of share
options and/or vesting of restricted stock units.
Total voting rights
As at 29 February 2024, the total issued stock capital of the Company
following the recent issue of the new Common Stock is 104,096,750 shares of
Common Stock. Shareholders in the Company may use this figure as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
stock capital of the Company.
