India's Max Estates hits record high on investment from New York Life Insurance

** Shares of Max Estates  MAXS.NS  jump as much as 18.9% to
a record high of 349.7 rupees    
    ** The real estate operator got investment worth 3.88 bln
rupees ($46.5 million) from New York Life Insurance, the
proceeds of which will be used for expansion of residential
market
    ** More than 810,000 shares change hands, 4.5x its 30-day
avg
    ** Stock gained ~7% in April, its best monthly gain since
Nov.
