India's Max Financial falls over 3% after promoter group trims stake

** Shares of Max Financial Services  MAXI.NS  fall as much
as 3.30% to 625.10 rupees
    ** About 123,513 shares of MAXI change hands in a block, as
of 2:54 p.m. IST, at a price of 633.95 rupees per share,
according to Refinitiv data
    ** On Wednesday, promoter group Max Ventures Investment
Holdings sold 1.5 mln shares, representing 0.43% stake at 629.75
rupees apiece, while New York Life Insurance Company bought 1.5
mln shares at the same price, data from exchanges show
    ** The stock rose 2.65% in the previous session, up 6.4% YTD
compared to 5.6% losses for Nifty 50  .NSEI 
    ** Trading volume is 757,759 shares as of 2:57 p.m. IST,
nearly the same as the 30-day avg of 797,899 shares
