** Shares of Max Financial Services  MAXI.NS  fall as much
as 3.47% to 633 rupees, their lowest level since Dec. 22, 2020 
    ** MAXI's 5,345,340 shares were traded via block deal at
645.65 rupees per share, according to Refinitiv data
    ** Stock falls for second straight session
    ** More than 10.3 mln shares changed hands, ~11.7 times
their 30-day avg of 885,484 shares
    ** Fourteen of 16 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
1 "hold" and 1 "sell" ; their median PT is 1000 rupees -
