2.2% to A$0.690, set to gain most since Aug 6, if current trends
hold
    ** The childcare services provider acquires seven operating
centres and the business assets of Precious Cargo - early
childhood education and care provider in South Australia
    ** Co says purchase price is A$4.8 mln ($3.16 mln)
    ** Stock down 7.5% this year, as of last close
