much as 2.3% to A$0.68, its highest level since July 1
    ** Stock also posts its biggest intraday pct gain since July
1
    ** The childcare services provider enters into exclusivity
agreement and A$4.8 mln ($3.24 mln) conditional offer with
Australia's Precious Cargo 
    ** Deal to acquire seven operating centres and business
assets, including brand name and related intellectual property,
of Precious Cargo
    ** Stock down 8.9% YTD, as of last close
