Holdings  MYG.AX  rise as much as 6.7% to A$0.480, their highest
since March 31 
    ** Co says its unit, Mayfield Industries, acquired a
property at Edinburgh, South Australia, for A$7.4 mln ($5.68

    ** Co says a loan facility of about A$5.2 mln has been
secured from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to fund the
transaction
    ** Stock up ~2.3% this year, as of last close
