** Shares of Mayfield Group  MYG.AX  rise as much as 18.9%
to A$0.85, their highest since May 17
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 19,
2022
    ** Electrical and telecommunications firm declares a fully
franked final dividend of 2 au cents per share, double last
year's final dividend of 1 au cents
    ** Adds co expects to continue to pay dividends to
shareholders on a six-monthly basis
    ** Stock has risen 26.6% this year, as of last close
