Dec 16 (Reuters) - Mayr-Melnhof MMKV.VI has divested
its packaging sites in Russia for a total of about 134 million
euros ($142.64 million), the cartonboard manufacturer said on
Friday.
The local packaging sites, located in Saint Petersburg and
Pskov, were sold to local investor Granelle, it added.
Mayr-Melnhof said the sale is expected to have a neutral
impact on the Austrian firm's net profit.
