Lender's Q2 net profit seen at 933 mln zlotys
GDANSK, July 28 (Reuters) - Commerzbank's CBKG.DE Polish unit, mBank MBK.WA, is expected to post a second-quarter net profit of 933 million zlotys ($255.58 million), a Reuters poll showed on Monday, more than doubling the 422 million zlotys in the year earlier period.
Analysts expect the improvement to have been driven by a drop in provisions for the company's Swiss franc mortgage portfolio.
In June, mBank estimated the second-quarter cost of legal risk related to foreign currency loans at 539.6 million zlotys, down from 1.01 billion zlotys a year earlier.
