Poland - Factors to Watch Sept 13

WARSAW, Sept 13 - The following are news stories, press
reports and events that may affect Poland's financial markets on

    CYBERCRIME
    In Poland's retail sales alone losses due to hacker attacks
amount to almost 90 billion zlotys ($23.28 billion) and
according to experts, their number will increase by 25% by the
end of the year, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
    
    WAGES
    The updated minimum wage regulation for 2025 presented by
the government has it growing to 4,666 zlotys instead of 4,626
zlotys, as originally assumed, taking business owners by
surprise, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
    
    KGHM
    According to analysts, copper miner KGHM  KGH.WA  will not
be able to repeat the financial results it achieved in the
second quarter in two consecutive quarters, mainly due to the
worsening situation on the copper market, Parkiet daily
reported, adding that investors are looking out for its strategy
update.
    
    UNICREDIT
    Italian banking group UniCredit  CRDI.MI , which holds 9% in
Germany's Commerzbank and is the former owner of Bank Pekao
 PEO.WA , could return to Poland, this time as the parent
company of mBank  MBK.WA , Rzeczpospolita daily reported.
