** Shares of MBL Infrastructure Ltd  MBLI.NS  rise as much
as 9.7% to 22 rupees, their highest since Oct. 24 
    ** The civil engineering projects executer says Arbitral
Tribunal passed an award in favour of the company against Public
Works Department, Delhi 
    ** Award was for a residential complex project in Delhi for
92.9 million rupees ($1.14 million) plus interest
    ** More than 302,000 shares traded as of 0609 GMT, 3.2X
their 30-day moving avg of 93,287 shares
    ** Shares down 37.4% YTD, as of last close
($1 = 81.7970 Indian rupees)
