Notification and public disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging

McBride plc (the Company) was notified that on 23 February 2022 and 24
February 2022 Mark Strickland purchased, in aggregate, 22,206 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each.

 

The Company was also notified that on 24 February 2022 Peter Ingelse purchased
46,500 ordinary shares of 10p each.
