Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transaction:

Lennard Markestein, Divisional Managing Director, has notified the Company
that on 30 September 2024 he acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each
in the Company (each a "Share") for an average price of £1.1985 per Share.
 

Following the purchase, Lennard Markestein holds an aggregate of 304,822
Shares.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
