Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transaction:

Jeff Nodland, Chairman, has notified the Company that on 14 November 2024 he
acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (each a
"Share") for an average price of £0.9547116 per Share.

Following the purchase, Jeff Nodland holds an aggregate of 714,600 Shares.
