Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the
following PDMR transaction:

Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, has notified the Company that on 15
November 2024 he acquired 15,401 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company (each a "Share") for an average price of £0.969 per Share.

Following the purchase, Chris Smith holds an aggregate of 803,306 Shares, of
which 591,807 Shares are held in his own name and 211,499 Shares are held by
his wife, Harriet Smith, a person closely associated with Chris Smith.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of
the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
