    * Definitive purchase and sale agreement to acquire interest in certain mineral titles 
    * McChip Resources - entered into definitive purchase, sale deal executed on date hereof 
with 
respect to certain of mineral rights in Rocanville area of Saskatchewan 
    * McChip Resources Inc - Altius Royalty Corp, wholly owned subsidiary of Altius Minerals 
Corp 
agreed to pay $3 million on closing
