McCormick seeks secondary London listing after Unilever food business merger completes

    July 23 (Reuters) - McCormick MKC.N said on Thursday it will seek a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange after completion of the packaged foods maker's planned merger with Unilever's ULVR.L food business in a roughly $45 billion deal.
