Mckesson raises annual profit forecast

Sept 23 (Reuters) - U.S. drug distributor McKesson MCK.N on Tuesday raised its annual profit forecast to range of $38.05 to $38.55 from its prior expectation of per-share profit being in the range of $37.10 to $37.90.
