July 12 (Reuters) - McLeod Russel India Ltd  MCLE.NS : 
 * Got notice from step-down unit of receipt of temporary certificate of 
   amalgamation of Rwenzori Tea Investments with Mcleod Russel Uganda 
 
 * Source text: Mcleod Russel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have received an intimation from its step-down subsidiary McLeod Russel Uganda Limited on July 11, 2016 stating that they have received a Temporary Certificate of Amalgamation of Rwenzori Tea investments Limited (the holding Company of McLeod Russel Uganda Limited) with McLeod Russel Uganda Limited. A copy of the said certificate issued by the Registrar of companies at Kampala, Uganda.
