** Shares of McMillan Shakespeare Ltd MMS.AX rise 10.2% to A$15.490, their highest levels since February 6, 2025

** Co posts HY statutory NPAT of A$45.2 million ($28.47 million), up 3.4% from last year

** Co declares interim dividend of 71 Australian cents per share vs 76 Australian cents apiece last year

** Co expects 2HFY25 normalised UNPATA to be higher than 1HFY25

** About 515,909 shares change hands, 1.6x times the 30-day average of 327,534 shares

** Stock up 3.3%% YTD, including moves in day's session
