WillScot up after report activist TOMS building stake in co

WillScot's shares  WSC.O  rise 7.8% to $40.8 after the bell 
    ** "Activist investor TOMS Capital Investment Management has
built a stake in WillScot, people with knowledge of the matter
said" — Bloomberg report
    ** The report said that TOMS is pushing WSC to consider
launching a strategic review, but size of its investment
couldn't immediately be learned
    ** In September, WillScot terminated its pursuit to acquire 
McGrath RentCorp  MGRC.O  after facing challenges from the U.S.
FTC
    ** As of last close, stock had fallen ~15% YTD
