ZURICH/BERLIN, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:
CORONAVIRUS
Switzerland announced tighter restrictions on Sunday to
tackle the second wave of the coronavirus hitting the country,
including a nation-wide obligation to wear masks and a ban on

MCH GROUP MCHN.S
Markets watchdog FINMA rejected appeals by MCH Group AG and
Lupa Systems LLC of FINMA's ruling in August that the opting-up
clause voted on at MCH's extraordinary general meeting in August
was invalid under takeover law.
As a result of this decision, Lupa Systems LLC would have to
make a mandatory public offer if it would get a stake of more
than 33.3% in MCH as part of a capital increase, MCH said.
"The board of directors continues to work intensively with
all stakeholders on solutions to necessary capital measures as
soon as possible," it said.
PARTNERS GROUP PGHN.S
Italy's Atlantia ATL.MI said on Saturday it reached an
agreement to sell a minority stake in its toll-road payment
business to private equity firm Partners Group for 1.056 billion
