    * In company's capital increase, Grzegorz Sochacki buys 
4,680,000 shares or 10.15 percent stake in company  
    * Says 4,680,000 shares were acquired at 4.0 zlotys ($1.01) 
per share  
    * After registration of company's capital increase, MBMB Sp. 
z o.o.'s stake in MDI Energia lowers to 0.19 percent from 5.87 
percent  
    * The number of MDI Energia's shares owned by MBMB has not 
changed and amounts to 86,131 shares 
    * After registration of company's capital increase, Slawomir 
Halaba's stake in MDI Energia lowers to 0.32 percent from 10.08 
percent  
    * The number of MDI Energia's shares owned by Slawomir 
Halaba has not changed and amounts to 148,047 shares  
    * Additionally, 780,000 shares of the company were acquired 
at 4.0 zlotys per share  
    * After company's capital increase registration, Carlson 
Ventures International Limited raises its stake in company to 
8.87 percent from 6.08 percent
