Oct 26(Reuters) - MDI Energia SA  MDIP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that it signed a deal with MD-WMJ1 for 
construction of multi-family residential buildings with external 
infrastructure in complex "Marina Jozefoslaw Stage 1" 
    * Remuneration under the agreement is 15.2 million zlotys 
net($3.84 million)
