Sept 9 (Reuters) - MDI Energia SA  MDIP.WA : 
    * Signs three agreements for construction works with PGB 
Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. 
    * Agreements concern constructing biogas plants in Bagdad, 
Zawady and Stawiszyn-Zwalewo in Poland 
    * For each biogas plant company will receive remuneration of 
12.95 million zlotys ($3.35 million) net
