Brief: MDI Energia to merge with its unit MDI

Dec 15 (Reuters) - MDI Energia SA (former Skystone Capital 
SA)  SKCP.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it plans to merge with its 
wholly-owned unit MDI SA  
    * Merger of MDI into MDI Energia will be implemented without 
capital increase of MDI SA and as part of reorganization and 
simplification of company's capital group
