June 11 (Reuters) - Skystone Capital SA  SKCP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that it signed a preliminary, 
conditional, agreement with Development Investment Trade SA on 
June 9 for sale of 86,100 shares of Biogaz Zeneris Sp. z o.o. 
    * The shares of a nominal value of 50 zloty each are to be 
sold for 100,000 zlotys ($27,290) in total, within 4 weeks
