Dec 18 (Reuters) - Skystone Capital SA  SKCP.WA : 
     
    * Reported on Wednesday it signed a preliminary agreement 
with Todan Properties Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. concerning sale of 
86,100 shares of Biogaz Zeneris Sp. z o.o., for 800,000 zlotys 
($233,060)  
    * Preliminary agreement is valid for next five weeks, if no 
definitive agreement is signed during that time, parties can 
revoke the agreement 
    * Right to revoke the agreement by both parites can be 
executed by Dec. 15, 2015
