** FPCI Montefiore Investment IV, an entity managed by Montefiore sold 12.5 mln shares in co, bookrunner says

** ME group shares sold at 132p each, a 7.43% discount from yesterday's close of 142.6p

** In 2025, stock had fallen ~28%
