Exercise of options and PDMR dealing

Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that on 6 May 2025, Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer and David Miles, Operations Director, both PDMRs, exercised share options over 484,671 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan as detailed below.

Subsequent to the exercise of the share options, on 8 May 2025, Andrew Smith has sold 108,411 Ordinary Shares and David Miles has sold 162,348 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 393 pence per Ordinary Share in order to satisfy tax liabilities resulting from the exercise of the above-mentioned options.
