Exercise of options and PDMR dealing

Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that on 7 May 2026, Lucas Critchley, Chief Operating Officer and Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, both PDMRs, exercised share options over 259,966 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Share Bonus Plan as detailed below.

Subsequent to the exercise of the share options, on 8 May 2026, Lucas Critchley has sold 60,984 Ordinary Shares and Andrew Smith has sold 108,303 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 400.5 pence per Ordinary Share in order to satisfy tax liabilities resulting from the exercise of the above-mentioned options.
