Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that it has been notified that Mr Lucas
Critchley, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 9,986 ordinary shares of 1 penny
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 November 2024, at an average
price of 362.7 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Critchley has an interest in 21,859 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's voting share
