Medallion Financial rejects SEC's 'unfounded' charges, expects to be vindicated
NEW YORK, Dec 29 (Reuters) - Medallion Financial Corp MFIN.O said it intends to defend against "unfounded" fraud charges announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission against the company and its president Andrew Murstein, and is confident the record will show that both complied with the law.
