 MED.N  to "buy" from "hold"; raises PT to $265 from $205 
    ** Brokerage says co well positioned to grow in the wellness
sector over the next two years helped by consumers' health
centric habits coupled with increased interest in MED's Optavia,
a weight-loss plan
    ** Jefferies says "strong performance during the peak
dieting season (Q1) is essential to set the tone for the
remainder of the year" as Google search trends for Optavia are
at an all-time high
    ** Sees program extension, international expansion and tech
enhancements as co's growth enablers
   ** Avg. rating of the 5 analysts covering the stock is "buy";
median PT is $250
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock up 12.5% YTD
