EMEIS EMEIS.PA:
EMEIS announced the creation of a real estate company dedicated to healthcare real estate assets operated by the group with 761 million euros ($898.51 million) of investements from two partners. It said the investors’ contribution would thus lower the group's net debt by nearly 700 million euros.
EUROPE/IRAN:
Iran and European powers remained at loggerheads on Tuesday to strike a last-ditch deal to avert the reimposition of U.N. sanctions before a September 27 deadline, but both sides left the door open for further talks.
