French construction and concessions company Eiffage increased its stake in Getlink GETP.PA to 29.40% of the capital through a 166.7 million euro ($192.37 million) investment financed from cash reserves, reinforcing its position as the company's largest shareholder.
SYENSQO NV SYENS.BR:
Belgian specialty chemicals company Syensqo will redeem all of its 500 million euros 2.750% fixed rate senior bonds on March 31, 2026, at a redemption price of 500 million euros plus 4.48 million euros accrued interest.
MEDINCELL SA MEDCL.PA:
French pharmaceutical company Medincell announced that the European Investment Bank waived its right to cash settlement of approximately 780,000 warrants issued under a 40 million euros financing agreement signed in 2022.
