Teva Pharmaceuticals slide after FDA rejects schizophrenia treatment

** Drugmaker's U.S. shares  TEVA.N  down ~5% at $9.69 before
the bell 
    ** Says the FDA declined to approve its marketing

    ** Says company is reviewing its next steps based on the
letter and will work closely with FDA to address their
recommendations
    ** TEVA has partnered with French drug developer MedinCell
 MEDCL.PA  for the treatment; MedinCell's Paris-listed shares
fell 26%
