    ** LABS receives approval to ship medical cannabis oil to
Brazil
    ** The approval, issued by both Brazilian regulatory agency
ANVISA and Health Canada, allows initial shipments to patients

    ** LABS said in September it would supply cannabis oil to
XLR8, a Rio de Janeiro-based value-added distributor serving
Brazil
    ** Stock down ~32% YTD
