Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Further to its announcement of 6 October 2026, MedPal AI plc (AIM: MPAL; FRA: Z1N), the AI-native digital health and pharmacy group, announces that a shareholder circular convening a General Meeting has been posted on the Company’s website at:
www.medpalplc.com/agm-and-gm-notices
The circular, together with a form of proxy, will shortly be sent to registered shareholders. The General Meeting has been convened for 10:00 a.m. on 29 October 2026 at the offices of Wedlake Bell LLP, 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4AY.
Proxy voting will be available from 5:00 p.m. today and instructions can be found in the circular.
