Medtronic's diabetes unit MiniMed valued at $5.3 billion as shares fall in Nasdaq debut
March 6 (Reuters) - Shares of MiniMed MMED.O, the diabetes business of medical device maker Medtronic MDT.N, opened 4.8% below their offer price in their Nasdaq debut on Friday, valuing it at $5.3 billion.
