Co raises low end of FY26 adj. profit forecast to $5.62/shr from $5.60/shr; top end unchanged at $5.66/shr

** MDT increased its annual organic revenue growth forecast to about 5.5%, from around 5% projected earlier

** Co reports Q3 adj. profit of $1.36/shr vs analysts' average estimate of $1.31/shr - LSEG data

** Co's quarterly revenue of $8.96 bln beats analysts' average expectation of $8.87 bln

** Up to last close, stock ~21% YTD
