The Board of Enables IT, a leading provider of cloud computing, has been informed that on 03 October 2014, Michael Walliss, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 345,000 ordinary shares from a personal holding to his SIPP at a transfer price of 15.0p. Following the transfer, Michael Walliss' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,418,816 ordinary shares, representing approximately 16.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
